Log in to MatchPoint for the first time
Your club may already have created a MatchPoint account for you, but you need to finish setting it up before you can sign in. This takes about two minutes.
Set up your account
- Go to matchpoint.kiwi.
- Under New to MatchPoint?, click SETUP MY MATCHPOINT ACCOUNT.
- Follow the on-screen steps. You'll be sent a code to confirm it's you, and then you'll choose your password.

Signing in after that
On the sign-in page, enter your email address or National ID (NIN) and your password, then click LOGIN. If you'd rather use your phone number, click Use your mobile number?.
Forgotten your password? Click Reset next to Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
If something doesn't work
- Not sure which email your club used? Ask your club administrator. They can check your details in MatchPoint.
- The code never arrives? Check your junk or spam folder first, then contact your club administrator to confirm your email address or mobile number is correct.
