Regional tennis contacts
New Zealand tennis is organised into regional associations. Your region looks after tennis in your area, and is often the quickest way to get help with anything local.
Not sure which region your club belongs to? Ask your club administrator, or check your club's website.
When to contact your region
Contact your regional association about:
- Regional and interclub competitions, including entries, draws and grading.
- Club affiliation and regional membership.
- Regional events, tournaments and coaching programmes.
- Anything your club administrator can't answer about tennis in your area.
For help using MatchPoint itself, such as signing in or updating your profile, check the other articles in this help centre or contact MatchPoint support.
Before you email
Include these details so your region can help you quickly:
- Your full name and your club.
- Your National ID (NIN), if you have one. You'll find it on your MatchPoint profile.
- The competition or event name, if your question is about one.
- A short description of what you need, and screenshots if something isn't working as expected.
